Our History:

Founded in April of 2024, Primrose Hearth & Holistic, LLC, was created due to an innate desire to provide access to products-of-old, in the form of Teas, Herbal Remedies and Craftsmanship traditionally used for improving and enhancing one's health, comfort and lifestyle. By adopting a particular focus on offering access to an authentic, traditional alternative to modern-day medicine (and modern-day constructive techniques when referring to our handcrafted wares) that may do more harm than good to our environment, we strive to instill a culture of acceptance, regardless of your ethnic background, of the plethora of traditional medicinal practices and craftsmanship of old that are still recognized to this day.

• Hitting the books - by staying up-to-date with scientifically-backed informational forums, essays, and ongoing research, we ensure there's no deception in our products sold, and that what knowledge is aquired is also publicly accessible.
• Certifications and Training: we ensure full and annual training is incorporated for our team members to stay in compliant with our business practices - to include any applicable certifications needed or aquirable for our team.
• Sourcing: we ensure that in all aspects of our business processes and operations, that viable, legitimate sources are utilized.

Product Development and Quality Control

• Quality before Quantity - by incorporating an extensive quality control practice, we ensure customers and clientele get what they paid for. If a given product does not meet a client's or customer's expectation, an aggeeable solution with said client or customer is arranged.
